Usually it takes about 7-10 days, depending on the material, size, and surface treatment.
We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
We have our QC department to control the quality from the beginning to finished products. The quality inspection report will be sent together with each batch of goods.
Please send us the photos or the sample, we will make a drawing in CAD,Proe,UG or Solidworks format for your approval.

We work very closely with the logistic brokers,always to get the most safe and economical solution regarding express delivery, air shipment or sea shipment.
Our payment terms are T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .In addition ,L/C at sight,D/P at sight is also negotiable which depends on the quantity and specific requirement.
If you received defective parts, or incorrect parts, please send products photos to us,we will feedback to our engineer teams and OC departments to solve the problem within 24 hours. No matter the product is damaged during transportation or due to production errors,we will re-produce and send them to you as soon as possible.
